NATURE

Perspective
When you see through a camera lenses, you see the world in a different way. Everything ordinary turns into something special. To me, it is a lovely way to see the world.

Down Below
Sometimes you just need to stop everything, and stare at the sky

Water Is More Than You Think
Water surrounds life in every way and we could say it is the most important element of nature, we are not only alive because of it but we can get inspired through it. If a rock is in its way, water moves the rock along with it, it doesn't stop or goes around it. Water just flows and makes its own path, regardless of what is in front.

Up In The Sky
Isn't it enchanting how the same sky can be as stunning every time you look at it? It is completely alluring.

Stuck In The Middle
Two very different species of trees, can survive and thrive in the same ecosystem. Some even help each other. Plants can communicate through their roots, pass nutrients and water when the other plant needs it. In nature, the strongest one survives, but that doesn't mean that one can survive without the others.

Cicles In Nature
If you look closely, circles can be found in nature very easily, in flowers, when a raindrop hits the water in a pond, the sun, among others. To me, the circle is the most perfect and beautiful geometric shape of all.

A Form Of Expression.
I love photography. It's the perfect way to express feelings, thoughts and ideas. I love the fact that not two photos are exactly the same. For me it is not just a hobby, it is something that defines you and shows the real you. Some like to photograph people, or buildings, others are like me, they love to photograph nature. The options are infinite and photography shows that people will never run out of ideas.

A Form Of Expression.

A Form Of Expression.

What a better way to appreciate our world than to look at it from a different perspective?

The Moorland.
They are considered frozen islands in tropical areas. They have an excellent capacity to store water due to geological and ecological factors, as well as being areas of great importance to capture carbon and accumulate it in the organic matter of their soils. These areas have a large number of endemic plant and animal species, making them highly appreciated by science. The natives considered them sacred and gave them a ceremonial use.

Magical tree.
One of the most beautiful trees I have ever seen. It looks almost magical as if faries and other fantastic creatures lived in it.

Candy sky.

Fairytale sky.

Afternoon In Red
The color red, the lover's rose, signifies enduring passion. But I bet you didn't know that the Latin expression "sub rosa" (literally, "under the rose") means something told in secret, and in ancient Rome, a wild rose was placed on the door to a room where confidential matters were being discussed.

Tequila
When I see this photo I remember a town in Mexico called Tequila. Yes, it is called Tequila like the alcoholic beverage. This is because this is where they make tequila and let me tell you, I've never felt such hot temperatures anywhere else in my whole life. It started raining in the afternoon and it was so hot I could see some of the raindrops evaporate the minute they touched the ground.

Photographing Flowers
I knew my grandfather for a short period of time, most things I know about him are because of stories my parents have told me. It is quite strange to me that I love using Canon, and he did too; I love to photograph flowers and nature, and he did too. We didn't have a lot of time to get to know each other but it is as if we didn't have to, because we have many things in common and I feel like I already know him well.

Sometimes, you just need to look down and appreciate the world beneath your feet.

Strange beauty.
Look for beauty where others ignore it. Like with this strange yet beautiful branch covered with dry leaves and spider webs. Most people would ignore it or avoid it, but I find something quite striking about it.

Fungi is an incredible living being.
It amazes me to see such a unique and strange group of species. And to celebrate its uniqueness here are some facts about fungi: -Mushrooms and other fungi release an incredible amount of spores into the atmosphere every year, and contributing up to 50 million tonnes of particulates. -Fungi are more closely related to animals than they are to plants as they both belong to the Opisthokonta taxonomic supergroup. -Most fungi are omnivores and are very effective at breaking down animal proteins. They are also capable of infecting the tissues of animals with weakened immune systems.

Hail.
In Quito, hail is the closest we get to snow, but it is a stunning view and a lovely experience, specially when you get to see such a colorful display of fallen leaves dispersed in hail.

Wild Berries And A New Friend.
We made a new friend because this ladybug wouldn't leave our side! And don't those wild blackberries look delicious?

More To The Eyes.
So much diversity in just a few flowers! You can see a spider and a lot of tiny bugs! Nature is truly amazing
